Product Overview
The BZP Direct Discharge Vibrating Screen is a multifunctional and high-efficiency screening equipment developed for specialized screening requirements in various industries.
The equipment adopts a horizontal vibration motor as the excitation source. Through optimized vibration design, the material movement on the screen surface can be adjusted according to different material characteristics, improving screening adaptability and performance.
With a direct discharge structure, the equipment provides a short material flow path, fast discharge, large processing capacity, and stable operation. It is widely used for powder impurity removal, particle classification, and online screening applications.
How It Works

The BZP Direct Discharge Vibrating Screen is driven by a horizontal vibration motor, which generates excitation force to create stable vibration of the screen body.
During operation, the vibration force is transmitted to the screen surface, causing materials to disperse, stratify, and move forward. Fine particles pass through the screen mesh, while oversized particles and impurities are discharged directly from the outlet.
By adjusting vibration parameters, the material movement can be optimized to meet different screening requirements and achieve efficient continuous screening.

Key Features
The compact design provides simple maintenance, reliable operation, and reduced downtime.
The enclosed structure helps minimize dust emission and improves the working environment.
The large bottom discharge outlet ensures smooth material discharge and easy integration with production lines.
The upper discharge outlet can be adjusted within 360° to meet different installation requirements.
The optimized vibration system improves material flow efficiency and supports continuous high-volume screening.
The advanced screen frame design provides strong mesh tension, extended service life, and convenient screen replacement.
