Product Overview

The linear vibrating screen utilizes vibration motors as the excitation source, causing materials to be thrown up on the screen surface and move forward in a straight line. Materials are evenly fed into the inlet through a feeder, and after classification by multiple screen decks, different sizes of oversize and undersize materials are discharged from their respective outlets. The entire machine features a fully enclosed structure, effectively preventing dust leakage even when materials are in a jumping motion on the screen surface. Combined with automatic discharge design, it is particularly suitable for continuous production line operations.

Working Principle

The screen is driven by two vibration motors that rotate synchronously in opposite directions. The exciting forces generated by the eccentric blocks cancel each other out in the direction parallel to the motor axes, while superimposing into a resultant force in the direction perpendicular to the motor axes, causing the screen machine to move in a linear trajectory. The two motor axes are set at a certain inclination angle relative to the screen surface. Under the combined action of the exciting force and the material’s self-weight, materials are thrown up on the screen surface and move forward in a jumping linear motion, thereby achieving screening and classification.
