Product Overview
The B-450 filter machine is a compact, portable vibrating screen filter designed for single-layer screening and filtration operations across various industries. It is particularly well-suited for processing small production volumes or materials with low impurity content (it is generally recommended that the oversize material content does not exceed 5%).
The machine is constructed entirely from stainless steel (304) or with stainless steel (304) in all product-contact parts. It features a compact design, light weight, easy mobility, and a small footprint.
Working Principle
It uses the upright vibrating motor as the excitation source of vibration, equipped with eccentricity hammer on the both sides of motor, change circumrotate to level, upright and incline movement, then pass these three movements to the surface of the screen. By adjusting the phase angle on the both sides of the top and bottom to change the movement orbits of the surface screen.
