Product Overview
The square swing screen is designed for fine screening of materials, meeting both high-precision and high-capacity requirements. It features a larger effective screening area per unit, enabling finer separation and higher throughput. With a maintenance-free, fully enclosed structure, it minimizes raw material loss.

Working Principle
From the perspective of the screen box’s motion trajectory, the square swing screen is also known as a reciprocating screen. The vibrating force generated by its drive device is an inertial force that varies regularly around a fixed axis, essentially a reciprocating inertial force produced by an eccentric block rotating around a fixed axis.
The working principle of the square swing screen is as follows: upon startup, the screen box moves back and forth under the action of inertial force, driving the screen surface in a periodic rocking motion. This causes materials on the screen surface to move in a directed jumping motion together with the screen box. During this process, particles smaller than the mesh opening fall through to the lower layer as undersize materials, while particles larger than the mesh opening are continuously tumbled and rolled before being discharged from the outlet, completing the screening process.
