Product Overview
The BGP High Frequency Vibrating Screen is a specialized screening and filtration equipment developed for fine particle and liquid-solid separation applications.
With a compact structure, high-frequency vibration design, and excellent screening performance, the equipment is particularly suitable for processing fine powders, high-viscosity materials, and slurry materials.
The machine provides efficient filtration, impurity removal, and solid-liquid separation solutions, especially for industries requiring precise screening and continuous filtration.
How It Works

The BGP High Frequency Vibrating Screen is driven by a vertical vibration motor equipped with eccentric weights installed at both ends of the motor shaft.
During operation, the eccentric force generated by the vibration motor is divided into three components: horizontal, vertical, and inclined forces. These combined forces are transmitted to the screen surface, creating a controlled three-dimensional vibration movement.
Under this vibration effect, materials move evenly across the screen surface, allowing fine particles to pass through the mesh while oversized particles and impurities are separated.
The high-frequency vibration improves screening efficiency, especially for fine particle and high-viscosity materials.

Key Features
Small footprint, lightweight structure, easy installation, and convenient movement. The height can be adjusted according to different production requirements.
With a vibration frequency of up to 3000 times per minute, the equipment provides excellent screening performance for fine particles and high-viscosity materials.
Suitable for powder, granule, and slurry materials, providing efficient classification, filtration, and impurity removal.
The elevated frame design allows easier observation of material movement while reducing material splashing during operation.
The optimized single-layer screen structure simplifies installation and replacement while avoiding problems caused by friction between traditional screen layers.
Except for the vibration motor, the main components are manufactured from stainless steel, providing an attractive appearance and excellent corrosion resistance.
