Product Overview
The ribbon mixer is a high-efficiency horizontal mixing machine, mainly used for the uniform mixing of powder materials, granular materials, and some viscous materials. The main structure consists of a horizontal U-shaped chamber, rotating shaft, and inner and outer ribbons. Through the special ribbon design, materials form continuous circulation inside the chamber, achieving fast and uniform mixing.
Working Principle
The ribbon mixer consists of a U-shaped chamber, ribbon mixing blades, and transmission components. The mixing shaft is usually equipped with double-layer ribbons. After the machine starts, the outer ribbon pushes materials from both ends toward the center, while the inner ribbon moves materials from the center toward both sides.
During this process, the materials undergo axial circulation, vertical tumbling, radial diffusion, and shearing movement. Through continuous circulation and convection mixing, different materials quickly achieve a highly uniform mixing state. After mixing is completed, the materials can be discharged quickly through the bottom outlet valve, reducing material residue.
