Product Overview
The V-type mixer, also known as a high-efficiency asymmetric mixer, consists of a V-shaped mixing chamber as the main body. Through rotary movement, the materials inside the chamber are continuously lifted, separated, and blended to achieve uniform mixing. It is mainly used for mixing powder and granular materials in industries such as chemical, food, pharmaceutical, and other fields.
Working Principle
The V-type mixer is equipped with a motor and reducer on one side. The motor power is transmitted to the reducer through a belt, and then transferred to the V-shaped chamber through a coupling. The V-shaped chamber rotates continuously, causing the materials inside to move up and down, left and right. Through repeated cycles of separation and mixing, the materials achieve a highly uniform mixing effect.
