Product Overview
Conical screw mixer is a high-efficiency powder and granule mixing machine. It is named because of its conical mixing chamber and two asymmetric screw agitators installed inside the chamber. Compared with traditional mixers, Double Spiral Cone Mixer adopts a forced convection mixing method, which can effectively handle powder materials with poor flow ability and large density differences, achieving more uniform mixing results.
Working Principle
Conical screw mixer mainly achieves mixing through the combined movement of screw rotation and revolution. During operation, the two screw shafts revolve along the inner wall of the conical chamber while the screw blades rotate at a speed. The screws lift the materials from the bottom to the top, creating continuous vertical circulation. Materials from different areas are constantly exchanged and dispersed, finally achieving a highly uniform mixing effect.
