Product Overview
The 3D Mixer is a high-efficiency powder mixing machine that uses a three-dimensional movement system to achieve uniform material blending. Unlike traditional V-type mixers and double cone mixers, the 3D mixer not only rotates during operation but also performs combined movements in the vertical, horizontal, and front-back directions, creating a more complex and effective mixing trajectory.
Working Principle
The 3D mixer is driven by a motor-powered three-dimensional movement mechanism, which makes the mixing chamber perform complex spatial movements. During operation, the mixing drum rotates, swings, and tilts simultaneously. The materials inside the chamber continuously tumble and exchange positions in different directions. Through multi-directional diffusion and convection between particles, the materials achieve a highly uniform mixing effect after continuous movement.
