Product Overview
The continuous vacuum conveyor is designed for uninterrupted operation, significantly increasing throughput. It meets the requirements of continuous feeding applications by providing stable and consistent material supply. During conveying, the material moves at high speed within the pipeline, improving conveying efficiency and reducing energy consumption. Through speed or time control, it achieves relatively accurate metering. When combined with precision feeding devices and weighing modules, it can achieve high-accuracy metering. The system is also capable of centralized material collection from multiple points to a single destination.

Working Principle
The ZKS vacuum conveyor uses a side-channel blower or roots blower as the negative-pressure source, connected via piping to create a vacuum at the suction nozzle inlet and throughout the system. Powder or granular material at the suction inlet is drawn into the nozzle together with air, forming an air-material mixture that travels through the suction hose to the hopper, where air and material are separated. The separated material then drops into the downstream receiving equipment. The matched rotary valve&airlocks rotates at constant speed. It delivers quantitative, even and continuous discharging without breaking the internal vacuum degree.
The ZKS vacuum conveyor is equipped with multiple sets of compressed-air reverse-pulse cleaning devices. These devices periodically blow pulses of compressed air back through the filter elements, dislodging accumulated powder from the filter surfaces. The cleaning devices operate in a cycled sequence, ensuring continuous conveying without interruption.
Features and Advantages
The equipment utilizes an electric negative-pressure system combined with a rotary airlock feeder (star valve) to achieve simultaneous suction, filtration, and discharge in a continuous, synchronized manner. No intermittent pauses, no feed interruptions – supports 24/7 uninterrupted production, making it fully compatible with automated assembly lines for high-volume continuous operations.
The high-precision rotary valve&airlocks features tight clearances and excellent sealing performance. During discharge, it effectively prevents outside air from entering the system, maintaining a stable vacuum level inside the chamber. This ensures consistent suction power and uniform, fluctuation-free material flow without clogging.
The entire system uses negative-pressure enclosed pipeline conveying, eliminating material leakage and dust emission. This improves workshop conditions, complies with GMP clean-production and environmental standards, and prevents material waste and dust pollution.
Equipped with an automatic pulse reverse-pulse cleaning system that periodically removes dust from the filter elements to prevent clogging, ensuring long-term continuous and stable operation with low failure rate and extended service life.
Based on the positive-displacement continuous discharge principle of the rotary airlock feeder, the system delivers uniform and stable material output with high feeding accuracy. It perfectly matches the production rhythm of downstream equipment, ensuring uniform material mixing and consistent batch product quality.
The entire feeding process is fully automated via negative-pressure conveying, eliminating manual material handling. It can be integrated with mixers, screening machines, packaging machines, reactors, and other equipment to achieve unmanned material transfer on production lines, significantly reducing labor costs.
Applications
This equipment is widely used for various dry powders, including calcined silica, fumed silica, expanded mica, and other non-metallic mineral powders; organic powders such as acrylic resin and silicone resin; fine chemicals, pharmaceutical raw materials, and intermediates; as well as all types of lightweight powders. Its applications are extensive.
