Product Overview
Universal pulverizer is a highly efficient crushing machine, mainly used to grind various dry materials into powders with the required fineness. The equipment uses high-speed rotating blades or hammer blades to generate strong shearing, impact, and grinding forces, enabling rapid material pulverization.
Working Principle
The universal pulverizer mainly completes the crushing process through the impact and shearing action between high-speed rotating blades and the fixed toothed ring. During operation, materials enter the crushing chamber through the feed inlet, where the high-speed rotating blades impact and cut the materials. The materials are continuously circulated and crushed inside the crushing chamber, and after reaching the required particle size, they are discharged through the screen.
