Product Overview
The ultra fine pulverizer is a high-efficiency grinding machine designed for producing ultra fine powder. Through high-speed rotating blades, airflow action, mechanical impact, and shearing forces, the machine can grind materials into micron-level fine powders. Compared with conventional pulverizers, the ultra fine pulverizer provides higher grinding precision and can meet the requirements for ultra fine powder processing in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and new materials.
Working Principle
The material enters the grinding chamber through the feeding inlet. Under the strong impact, shearing, and friction forces generated by the high-speed rotating components, the material is rapidly pulverized. Fine powder that reaches the required particle size is discharged through the screen or airflow classification system, while larger particles remain in the grinding chamber for further pulverization until the required fineness is achieved.
