Product Overview

This product is a drawer-type permanent magnetic separation device. It features a stainless steel housing with built-in multi-layer magnetic grids. The magnetic rod assembly can be pulled out via the drawer handle for cleaning of trapped impurities. It is suitable for powder and granular production lines.

Working Principle

Material flows vertically downward through the housing, passing through the alternately arranged permanent magnetic rods, which attract and capture ferromagnetic impurities. The clean material is discharged from the bottom outlet. For cleaning, the magnetic rod assembly is pulled out, the collected impurities are wiped off, and the assembly is pushed back into position to resume operation.
