Product Overview

The Small Powder Packaging Machine is an automated packaging equipment specially designed for quantitative packaging of small-volume powder materials. It is mainly used for precise filling of small packages ranging from 5g to 5kg.

The equipment adopts screw metering technology and achieves automatic material measurement and quantitative filling through a high-precision control system, improving packaging efficiency and product consistency.

The equipment integrates automatic feeding, precise metering, quantitative discharge, packaging conveying, and other functions. It features a compact structure, small footprint, and simple operation. According to different material characteristics, different specifications of screw assemblies can be selected to achieve stable conveying and accurate packaging of powder materials.

The equipment can be connected with conveyors, sealing machines, labeling machines, automatic palletizing systems, and other equipment to form a complete automatic small-bag powder packaging production line. It is widely used in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and new materials.

Working Principle

During operation, powder materials enter the screw metering system from the upper hopper.

According to the preset packaging weight, the control system drives the servo motor to rotate the screw. The material output amount is precisely controlled by the number of screw rotations, achieving quantitative discharge.

After the packaging container or bag is placed at the discharge outlet, the equipment automatically completes powder filling. When the preset weight is reached, the screw stops rotating, completing one precise packaging cycle.

For powder materials with poor flowability or those prone to bridging, the equipment can be equipped with mixing and anti-bridging devices to ensure continuous and stable material conveying.
