The 25kg Small Bag Packaging Machine is an automated packaging equipment specially designed for quantitative packaging of powder and granular materials.

Working Principle
During operation, materials enter the weighing system from the upper storage hopper.
The operator places the packaging bag at the bag clamping mechanism, and the equipment automatically clamps the bag.
According to the preset packaging weight, the control system starts the feeding device. The material enters the packaging bag through two modes: fast feeding and fine feeding.
When the preset weight is reached, the feeding system automatically stops. The bag clamping device releases the packaging bag, completing one weighing and packaging cycle.
After packaging, the material bag is transported to the next process through the roller or belt conveyor. The equipment can be connected with sealing machines, palletizing equipment, and other devices to achieve continuous production.
