Product Overview
The Open Big Bag Unloading Station is a high-efficiency unloading equipment specially designed for unloading large-sized big bags (FIBC bags). It is mainly used to solve problems such as high labor intensity and low efficiency during traditional manual bag opening, handling, and unloading processes.
The equipment adopts a frame structure design and is equipped with a big bag lifting device and unloading system. The big bag can be quickly lifted to the unloading position through an electric hoist or lifting device, and continuous and stable unloading can be achieved by opening the discharge outlet of the big bag.
The equipment features a simple structure and convenient operation. Working Principle
During operation, a forklift or lifting equipment is used to move the big bag to the bottom of the unloading station. The lifting device then lifts the big bag and fixes it through clamping device onto the hopper.
The operator opens the discharge outlet at the bottom of the big bag. The material flows into the lower hopper or conveying equipment by gravity and then enters the next production process.
During the unloading process, the material flow rate can be controlled by adjusting the size of the discharge outlet, ensuring stable and uniform unloading.
According to different material characteristics, the equipment can be equipped with vibration-assisted flow devices, dust removal systems, or conveying equipment to improve unloading efficiency and reduce problems such as material bridging and blockage.
